Our return policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Agnes the Adventurer purchase. Unworn and unwashed t-shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item (s) arrived defective, please email us and we’ll make things right.
To ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return, please complete the attached Return Form, and include it with your

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY TEES?

We recommend turning them inside out and machine or hand washing on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton (most are 100% ringspun cotton), they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. Machine dry low or hang dry.

WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING PROCESS IS USED ON THE TEES?

We use direct to garment printing for some of our tees, and screenprinting for others. Please check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.

WILL THE GRAPHICS ON THE TEES FADE?

We use high quality inks in our direct to garment and screenprinting tees. Some of the printing may fade after multiple washes.
